HOW IT WORKS
The process of the combined machine is not simultaneous, then it is not possible to produce popsicles and ice cream at the same time. Productivity references were made based on Ataforma molds' dimensions following “Brida” model (63ml) for the production of traditional popsicles. There is an automatic mixer with manual extraction for ice cream processes.
